Training DayAmidst a long and drawn out ascent, I looked up and to my surprise, saw a man clinging to the edge of the Eiffel Tower. For a moment our gazes met and I could feel his apprehension, unsure whether to smile or focus on the task at hand.
UndergroundFrom a nearby platform I glanced across the tracks to watch a scene unfold. Sinking into himself, I wondered if it was comfort, despair or quiet contemplation that he sought.
